Wine description Clear, cool, fine and “typically Riesling” on the nose. Surprisingly dense and aromatic on the palate. An animating Riesling that only clearly reveals its mineral finesse in the aftertaste. Vineyard The grapes for this Riesling come from the typical Riesling locations of the Moselle. Vinification The grapes were picked in October, gently ground and briefly macerated on the aroma and mineral-rich berry skins. Then the must was fermented slowly and cool spontaneously, so that the complex, fruity aroma of the wine could fully express itself. A gentle expansion in stainless steel tanks and partly in large wooden barrels, with long storage on the fine lees, followed after fermentation.
